12. Rights and consent verification
We may require evidence that you have consent from an identifiable person; rights to uploaded media; authority to represent a brand or organization; permission to use a voice, face, logo, trademark, character, or performance; and a lawful basis for processing personal data. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in blocked processing, content removal, account restriction, or termination.
13. How we enforce this policy
CliPMe.AI relies on a combination of measures rather than guaranteed automated blocking. We require users to confirm they hold the necessary rights and consents for uploaded materials; we rely on the safety systems of our third-party AI providers, which may refuse or filter certain prompts and content; and we act on reports and on issues we identify. We do not perform automated facial recognition or biometric identity matching of uploaded images, and we do not represent that all prohibited content is automatically detected or blocked. Where we become aware of a violation, we may reject a prompt or upload, block a generation, remove content, restore or withhold credits as appropriate, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, report activity where legally required, and cooperate with Paddle, service providers, rights holders, courts, regulators, or law enforcement.
14. Reporting violations
Report suspected violations to support@clipme.ai or via our copyright & likeness report page. Include the relevant account, project, URL, output, and supporting evidence where available. For urgent safety concerns or non-consensual intimate imagery, put "URGENT SAFETY REPORT" in the subject line.
15. Changes
We may update this AUP to address legal, safety, platform, or technological developments. The latest version will be published with an updated effective date.
