AI Safety & Consent
CliPMe.AI is a web-based AI video creation platform. This page explains, in plain terms, what the product can and cannot do, and the safeguards we apply. It is written to be accurate — we do not claim controls we do not have.
What the platform does
- Generates AI video and images from text prompts, reference images, and storyboards.
- Creates AI characters and talking avatars. These can look human, but each output is newly generated by AI from your description and creative inputs — it is not a photographic copy, face swap, or reenactment of a specific real person.
- Provides text-to-speech narration and an AI voice changer that transforms supplied audio into one of our preset voices.
What the platform does not do
- No voice cloning. The voice changer cannot clone or replicate a specific person's voice; the output is always a preset voice, not a copy of the input speaker.
- No face swapping. There is no face-swap feature.
- No deepfake tools. There is no feature designed to make a real, identifiable person appear to say or do something they did not.
- No adult content. Pornographic and sexual content is prohibited and is not an intended use.
- No biometric identification. We do not run facial recognition or identity matching on uploaded images.
Human likeness and consent
Some features let you provide reference images (for example, when creating a custom character). These are used as creative input to an AI model, which generates a new image. You may upload or reference an identifiable person's image, voice, or likeness only if you have the rights and consents required for your intended use. We ask you to confirm this before you upload such materials, and our Acceptable Use Policy prohibits non-consensual likeness, voice impersonation, deceptive deepfakes, and related misuse.
Content controls and moderation
We rely on a combination of measures rather than guaranteed automated blocking:
- User attestation that you hold the necessary rights and consents for uploaded materials.
- The safety systems of our third-party AI providers, which may refuse or filter prohibited prompts and content.
- Reactive enforcement — we act on reports and on issues we identify.
We do not represent that every prohibited use is automatically detected or blocked. Where we become aware of a violation, we may block a generation, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate an account, preserve evidence, and cooperate with rights holders, providers, and authorities as appropriate.
Your content and training
CliPMe.AI does not use your content to train its own AI models, and does not sell your content. Your prompts, images, and audio are sent to third-party AI providers only to produce the generation you request; see our Privacy Policy for the full list of providers and how data is handled.
Reporting and takedown
If you believe content infringes your rights or violates this policy, report it via our Copyright & Likeness Report page or email support@clipme.ai. For urgent safety concerns, mark your message "URGENT SAFETY REPORT". We can provide a review account to our payment partner on request.
